Loncala, Inc. was chartered in 1920 and for the past 50+ years has called downtown High Springs their home. The company's old office no longer suited their needs and earlier this year, we broke ground on their new facility just south of town. The new office building sits on ranch property owned by the company and was designed to highlight the company's roots in forestry.

The new building is 4,600 square foot heated and cooled with an additional 3,000+ square foot under roof. The building is a perfect blend of a residential ranch house and a commercial office building and it fits perfectly on the site. The folks at Loncala look forward to the next 50 years in their new location and new office.
