In the fall of 2006 the new Tioga Town Center had its official grand opening celebration. This ceremony marked the culmination of a three year design-build collaboration between M.M. Parrish Construction Company, Ponikvar&Associates, and Dibros Corporation. The new retail center has become a west Gainesville landmark and is host to numerous businesses including Gainesville Health and Fitness, Starbucks Coffee, Northwest Seafood, Blue Highway Pizza, The Duke Agency, Tioga Dental Associates, and many others.
